| Al-Non Family Groups UK & Eire | Al-Anon is worldwide and offers understanding and support for families and friends of problem drinkers, whether the alcoholic is still drinking or not. Alateen, a part of Al-Anon, is for young people aged 12 to 20 who have been effected by someone else's drinking, usually that of a parent. | Alcohol Concern | Alcohol Concern is the national voluntary agency on alcohol misuse. Its principal aims are to reduce the incidence and costs of aslcohol related harm and to increase the range and quality of the services available to people with Alcohol-related problems. |

| Brighton Oasis Project | To prevent and reduce drug related harm to women and their children enabling them to improve the quality of their lives in the community. We offer an holistic approach, emphasising positive change by providing therapeutic, practical and recreational interventions. |

| Detox Support Prject (BHT) | The project offers an abstinence-based residential programme of support, using a combination of effective recovery approaches. Residents are offered individual keyworking and counselling. Each resident has a written "Recovery Plan" which helps them to identify and then address andy blocks to recovery |
| DIP Telephone Advice Line | Out of hours access to information and advice on how to enter treatment in Brighton & Hove. Designated access to assessment slots through Brighton & Hove DIP. It is important to not this is not a crisis intervention or a counselling service. |

| Drug Interventions Programme (DIP) (CRI) | At every stage of the criminal justice system, DIP aims to maximise the opportunities for drug misuers to engage with treatment. An integral part of DIP is also aftercare support for anyone completing treatment. |

| EATA - European Association for the Treatment of Addiction (UK) | EATA is a charity working to help ensure people with substance dependencies get the treatment they need. It has over 120 member organsiations, most of which are independent and voluntary treatment providers. |
| eb4U | We work with young people, adults and families, in a confidential and non-judgmental way, when alcohol and drugs are affecting their lives. Our support is friendly, free and open to all and no appointment is needed. |

| Foundation Programme (CRI) Service | CRI has developed an innovative support programme for homeless people with substance misuse problems. Foundation programmes are a first step to help prepare people with entrenched drug problems and chaotic lives to use structured, mainstream drug services. The programmes also aim to reduce the numbers of drug related deaths amongst a highly vulnerable group of people. The teams work alongside some street services teams and deliver specially designed and targeted group programmes. |

| Healthy Schools Team | The Healthy Schools Team works with teachers, school staff, governors, parents and youth workers and in partnership with agencies, to promote effective personal, social and health development amoung school age children and young people. The aim is to enable pupils to understand and value themselves and others, now and in the future. The team also leads the development of the Healthy School Scheme, coordinating with agency partners to enable schools to achieve Healthy School Status. |
